For neighbouring village I've created made-to-measure solution. That consists of CMS created from scratch and simple design. The most important features of this CMS are: WYSIWYG editor, file uploader/browser, ban IP adresses, that are allowed to access site or even administration, also there is Log system with events of unsuccessful login and email reporting. Now I'm working on new version of this site, powered in Drupal with unique design and couple new features.
